Talent Acquisition :
- To recruit as per organization plan & policies.
- To source high quality candidate using social media, job sites, consultants.
- To work independently, and achieve targets effectively.
- To communicate effectively with all the candidates being considered.
- To work with HODs, to understand their requirements properly
- To assist in improvement in Talent acquisition process to make more impactful
- To track & control recruitment budget
On-boarding :
- To develop Onboarding activities
- To develop induction program for employees
- To engage with employee from 1st interview till his/her confirmation
- To develop the measurement mechanism
- To support in creating infrastructure for employee along with HOD
Performance Management System (PMS) :
- To handle Performance appraisal cycle
- To communicate with employees on each stage of PMS cycle
- To provide data analytics related to PMS
Learning & Development :
- To identify Learning & Development needs of organization
- To identify vendors to deliver the learning initiatives
- To develop effectiveness measurement tools for learning initiatives
- To provide data analytics on learning initiatives
- To track & control L&D budget
Employee Engagement :
- To handle employee engagement activities
- To assist in development of new initiatives to increase engagement level
Payroll :
- To handle leave attendance Management for employees
- To provide inputs for payroll processing
- To carry out payroll processing
- To maintain tracking mechanism related to payroll
SAP HR :
- To handle SAP HR activities related to employee life cycle.
