- Create & manage HR guidelines & HR handbooks; actively engage with all levels of managers to create alignment and implementation
- Design, plan, and implement compensation and benefits programs & participate in compensation surveys and competitive analysis - both external and internal
- Build and run innovative programs for organizational/employee engagement & development
- Work closely with all functions & business units to address employee issues proactively
- Manage payroll & benefits for the entire organization
- Create HR dashboards to track key metrics for periodic assessment of HR functions
- Be responsible for administrative and statutory compliance of HR policies
- Collaborate with senior management on building a performance management strategy and philosophy for the entire organization; implement performance & workforce management practices and drive implementation across various businesses and functional teams
- Be very hands-on in everything that you do and balance strategic projects and day-to-day operations with equal - lan
Who should apply for this post-
- You have worked in an HR/CHR role for at least 8-10 years at a top-tier technology firm
- You (preferably) have a relevant post graduate degree (MBA/Masters in an HR discipline)
- You have managed teams of associates and/or TLs previously
- You are passionate about making your organization a highly regarded place to work

- You deliver in tight spots and under deadlines
