- To handle the entire gamut of HR function at a Corporate level in a large OEM Manufacturing Plant, which is also a leading MNC player in the automobile industry.

- The role envisages all HR functions such as Learning and Development, Organisational Development, Employee Engagement, Training, Talent acquisition, Policies and Procedures, Performance Management, HRIS, and is a typical "Business Partner" role focussing on key HR strategy.

- This position is based in Chennai at the Plant/ Corporate Office and reports into Head HR.
