Designation: Corporate HR Manager (In capacity of HEAD)
Reports to: Global CEO
Team: 2-4 members
Qualifications / Work experience (minimum & desired):
- Post Graduate in Human Resources from Reputed Institute with about 8 to 12 yrs experience in Team Leader positions in a manufacturing industry. Experience in Technology/Engineering related industry would be ideal.
- Strong Developmental HR related experience is desirable.
- To lead the Corporate HR function and influence, support and deliver the Business/ HR agenda. Core member of the Leadership Team (LT) who will drive the HR strategy and People processes that will provide cutting-edge HR at the Company.
- A Change Agent who will facilitate High Performance Teams, drive Employer Branding and make Company the “place to be”. Initially, will co-drive with a Consulting firm in implementing the OD/HR Strategy (ACE) across Company other than IR areas. Subsequently, will independently lead Corporate HR and in the longer term will also oversee IR/ER functions across Company Verticals.
