Brief of JD:
The HR manager will be responsible for daily end to end HR operations.
You will play a strategic role in and be responsible to initiate, design, and implement HR policies within all areas of HR covering and not limited to the following:
- HR operations
- Learning and development
- Talent Management and Recruitment
- Performance management
- Compensation and Benefits
- Employee relations and Industrial Relations
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have a strong passion to be part of a growing organization. You should have at least:
- At least 6-8 years of proven track record in HR
- Candidates with experience within any Manufacturing MNCs
- Any graduation and MBA from a good institution.
- Strategic thinking skills with capability to handle multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Assertive and decisive with a pleasant disposition and attitude
- Ability to work in a quick changing, fast growing environment
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills
