About our Client: Out client is a 500cr + Indian conglomerate with diversified businesses spread across retail luxury and real estate. With over 200 employees and a strong presence in the Indian market, they are looking for an HR head to be based in Mumbai.

Job Description: Reporting into the MD of the business and managing a team of 1, your responsibilities will include:

- Setting up all policies and processes from scratch including leave and attendance, compensation structures, the employee handbook etc.

- Putting in place job grades across all functions in the organization including at the plant level

- Driving a performance driven culture and ensuring a robust process is in place

- Ensuring all training needs across the organization are met with including liasioning with vendors for various training programs as required

- Ensuring a healthy pipeline of candidates internally for succession planning

- Ensuring the organization is compliant on all labor related matters

The Successful Candidate:

- You will come with 10+ years of experience with experience in setting up processes from scratch.

- A proven track record of putting robust HR processes in place is essential for this role.
