Job Description
As the head of Corporate HR, you will report to the CEO and your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the entire HR strategy and operations framework (excluding talent acquisition) for 600+ employees
- Build and run innovative programs for organizational/employee engagement & development
- Collaborate with senior management on building a performance management strategy and philosophy and implement the same
- Upscale the detail and relevance of basic tools like HR policy manual, compliance etc.
- Design, plan, and implement compensation and benefits programs & participate in compensation surveys and competitive analysis - both external and internal
- Work closely with all functions & business units to address employee issues proactively
- Manage payroll & benefits for the entire organization
The Successful Applicant
- The successful candidate must carry 6+ years of core HR exposure. You have worked with a progressive multinational and have exposure to all relevant for the position.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to innovate and improvise proactively is of utmost importance. A proven track record of senior stakeholder management in a fast-paced company is highly preferred. Exposure to successful growing start-ups is a huge plus
