Job Purpose:
- Implement HR strategy that supports the organization strategy and incorporates leading practices.
- Partner with business to understand business needs and objectives and provide required HR support and solutions.
- The position is required to support the design and implementation of strategies, objectives, policies and programs encompassing Corporate HR.
- Develop and deploy interventions for increasing employee engagement, employee motivation, people productivity, quality, cost consciousness and drive a performance driven culture which encourages innovation.
