- Looking for depth and the ability to manage a large piece of HR at Corporate which is Talent Acquisition, HR operations, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits and support the Head HR in organizational projects.

- They need to be able to independently manage projects across each of these areas independently along with their existing roles.

- This is a senior leadership role within the organization hence seeking a very strong leadership material profile as a team leader as it has couple of reportees also
