Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements of the organization. Employ traditional sourcing strategies, develop new, creative recruiting ideas and maintain all supportive functions concerning the recruitment process.
- Implement automation in HR processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. You will be expected to be adept at using HRMS and ATS for various HR activities.
- Manage the implementation, integration, and maintenance of HRMS systems. Ensure that the system is used to its fullest potential and benefits the organization.
- Oversee the implementation of Applicant Tracking Systems. Ensure that the system is used to its fullest potential and benefits the organization.
- Act as a strategic partner to the management team, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Collaborate with management to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy.
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
- Responsible for the creation, execution, and monitoring of the manpower plan. Ensure that the organization is adequately staffed according to operational and business needs.
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues. Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills are must.
