Looking for a 15+ years at least 05 years in a Lead role. We need candidates from healthcare services/ hospital industry only
Location - Mumbai
Qualification - MBA
- Work in collaboration with department directors, key physicians, Hospital Management and determine hospital's collateral needs and manages development of content.
- Create standardize marketing practices and procedures and specific advertising and PR plans to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
- Handle marketing related activities for all the Units of the group.
- Plan marketing projects and manage external marketing partners and vendors.
- Increase organisational awareness through marketing initiatives.
- To explore newer geographical area new markets, for customer target for hospital.
- Analyse data & estimate demand for services, identify potential markets and devise plans to deliver the appropriate message to target audience.
- Manage the organization's involvement in strategic community organizations and events; serves on boards of key community organizations.
- Develops and directs implementation of strategic marketing and communication plans for internal and external target audiences.
- Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all organization publications.
- Stays thoroughly informed about all clinical services available throughout the healthcare industry and coordinate all external communication initiatives, media developments, an advertising campaigns, as per hospital requirement.
- Proactively manages content on hospital web site.
- Analyse and monitor potential business opportunities and competitive market information.
- Digital Marketing: Enhance reach out to target customers / patients / caregivers, using relevant platforms.
- Public Relations: Leverage public relations platforms / forums to build and protect the reputation.
- Design and Deliver optimal pricing, marketing schemes, promotions to grow the business.
- Market Intelligence.
- Marketing Analytics: Ensure availability of robust, data based information for decision making.
- Tie -up with insurance companies, large multi-location accounts.
- Weekly / Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the management.
- Manage Sales force effectiveness.
