Corporate Head ER + IR for Plant Manufacturing

- MBA HR + IR with 20 years + experience to handle all the plants and contract manufacturing at head office level with all the plant HRs reporting from all locations to the Incumbent

- Looking for an ER/IR kind of person who has managed multi locational manufacturing facilities

- He will be responsible to oversee all the corporate HR and IR functions of all the plants across India on pan India basis which includes Talent Management, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management, Statutory Compliances and Employee Relations.

- Extensive exposure in IR in a plant as well across multiple units will be an added advantage

Target Industries: Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharma, FMCG, FMCD Engineering or Heavy Machinery, Infrastructure etc
