THE POSITION:
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER - CORPORATE
CRITICAL FUNCTION:
The role holder is responsible for managing and implementation of an effective Finance Management strategy for the group in close alignment with the Business Strategy. He / She works under the leadership of the Sr. Vice President – Finance of the Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- To deliver commercial business objectives and financial targets through effective leadership and development of the team.
- Actively guide and direct the whole team to ensure consistency of brand standards and a high level of performance and service delivery.
- Implement standard operating procedures to improve the process & performance.
- Proper & effective utilization of resources & perform regular inventory and internal audits
- Focus on the Gross Operating Profit of the organization.
- Implementation of Strategic plan , budget and financial goals
- Maintain up to date cash flow projections and control
- To prepare analysis of budget Vs. Actual on a monthly basis and report to management.
- Prepare consolidated monthly financial review and assessment
- To prepare Profit & Loss account and Balance sheet periodically and report to the management on key issues.
- Ensure smooth internal and external audit
- Fund mobilization and manage interest costs
- Financial Analysis, revenue and cost projections for the group.
- Co-ordination with all the hotels for finalization of profit and loss account.
CUSTOMER FOCUS
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers in order to exceed their expectations
TALENT MANAGEMENT
- Manage all staff in the department and assists in planning for future staffing needs
- Implement all Human Resources Information Systems ( Adrenalin) in Co ordination with Human Resource Department
- Plan & conduct training for the new comers to ensure their performance as per company expectations.
HEALTH, HYGEINE & SAFETY RESPONSIBILTY
- Implementation of policies & procedures to ensure Health, Hygiene & Safety in the department.
- Set emergency procedures and keep it in an easily accessible place
THE PERSON:
The Financial Controller should be a CA, with a strong experience in F&A, Management Accounting, MIS, Direct & Indirect Tax.
SECTOR : OPEN, but preferred from Hospitality & Manufacturing.
A effective communicator but a good personality.
