Corporate Finance Transactor - Investment Bank - IIM

Introduction

An exciting opportunity has arisen at a client Investment Bank at for a Transactor in the Corporate Finance team. The successful individual will need to be part of the Investment Banking team that focuses on Advisory transactions across Equity & Debt and support the senior teams in Origination as well as execution of deals.

The individual's primary residence will be in India.

Key Responsibilities :

1] Support in generation of leads and pitching to new and existing clients for assignments

2] Preparation of Pitch books, Teasers and Information Memoranda

3] Financial Modelling, Deal Structuring and Valuations (Comparables based Valuation, DCF).

4] Assisting in creating a comprehensive business plan, financial projections and investor pack for the client

5] Interacting extensively with senior management across client organizations and investors

6] Managing client relationship and support execution on corporate finance related discussions

Qualifications and experience

The successful candidate must have:

1] Experience in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance deal execution

2] At least 3-5 years of relevant experience

IIM and degree from Top Tier institute will be preferred
