REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of experience in leading Corporate Finance role in a large-scale organization having multiple group companies.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Modelling & Business Valuation for residential projects:

- Feasibility analysis, business plan

- Capital market funding analysis

- Real estate project valuation

- Manage internal stakeholder relations

- Assist in Re-structuring for new investments and exits, and strategic initiatives for Corporate Finance Function

- Currently working in financial modelling team of a Big 4 / IB firm or Corp Fin team of Large Infra/RE player

- Research on real estate - domestic, international, etc.

- Peer benchmarking - operational and financial
