Corporate Finance Role - Finance Firm

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing lender relationships, independently seek approvals, ensure compliances to lending covenants

- Assist in the entire lender sanction process including preparation of financial model, information memorandum, negotiations on term-sheet, hand-holding the lenders in the sanction process, ensuring pre and post-disbursement compliances

- Working with bankers, legal and tax lawyers, security Trustee, facility agent, auditors etc. for ensuring smooth lending and banking operations.

- Work with diligence partners as well as internal departments including secretarial and legal, HR, commercial, accounts and taxation departments etc. for resolution of diligence red flags

- Oversee treasury operations including investment of funds, maximize distribution to shareholders etc. in compliance with tax and regulatory provisions
