Job Title : Corporate Finance

Job Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

- End to end deal execution.

- Collateral Preparation and Pitching.

- Industry and Company Research

- Business Development

- Assisting the team in pitching, ideating, deal execution.

- Independently managing deal execution for debt transactions and assist senior bankers for equity transaction execution

- Adherence to defined timelines for delivery

- Prior experience in deal execution esp. documentation

- Should have strong analytical abilities and good knowledge of industry and companies.

Qualification: CA/MBA
