Corporate Finance Role - BFSI

- Looking for a qualified CA (1st attempt) / MBA from premier institute for one of the leading conglomerate based in Mumbai. Looking for a candidate who is working towards M&A profiles with Investment Banking/Firms.

- Post CA/MBA 11 to 16 years.

- To lead and mentor analysts to develop customized financial models for each transaction.

- To analyse and guide in collecting data for appropriate financial analysis.

- To help run sensitivities to measure financial viability changing with changes in variables.

- Review financial models to provide guidance on target valuation and financing options.

- Conduct Financial and commercial due-diligence.

- Analyse and structure M&A / Restructuring transactions to achieve maximum capital efficiency and tax synergies.

- To conduct negotiations with concerned third parties during the course of M&A implementation.

- To assist in documentation for the merger and acquisition process, for the lawyers to draft scheme.

- Assisting business team in transaction closure.
