Corporate Finance/Institutional Research Role - Investment Banking

Client - Leading Financial Service MNC

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities & Deliverables :

- Build Financial Models and carry out financial analysis & valuations of companies

- Perform high quality research for deal sourcing & live mandates

- Create and maintain pitch presentations and marketing materials for transactions

CF: Assisting in deal execution including leading diligence streams, participating in client/ investor interactions and hand holding data requirements till deal closure

PC: Assist in origination, execution and portfolio monitoring of investment opportunities in Leveraged Finance & Mid-market corporate credit

Preferred Requirements :

- Candidates from premier BTech, DU, CA upto 2 years of experience

- Strong numerical ability

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Able to Articulate to Senior Stakeholders
