Corporate ER Strategy:

We are looking for young and dynamic HR Strategy professionals who are in to Corporate HR Strategies. Incumbent should based at corporate and will make strategies and policies for pan india multiple location/Site ER/IR .

Please we are not looking plant IR professionals. People from Management consulting who are making IR/ER strategies for clients are preferred and candidates who are working with conglomerate Chairman office and making strategies for ER/IR are also welcomed.

Job Purpose:

Specializes in managing the relationship between employees and the organization. Plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, promoting employee satisfaction, and mitigating potential conflicts, contributing to a harmonious and productive workplace by defining ER strategies to have pro-active approach.

Major responsibilities:

- Ensuring established process and guideline for manpower forecasting and deployment model.

- Ensure Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.

- Partnering with senior business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and implement employee relations best practices and programs.

- Deployment of various schemes under apprenticeship act, vocational training and skilling for blue collar workforce for optimizing the employee cost without compromising on quality and compliances.

- Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling with other stakeholders.

- Investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Participate in customers audit and have proactive mechanism to address potential challenges.

- Collating and analyzing employee feedback for workers on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
