Industry : Global IT services giant
- ER lead (Global) for conflict resolution, grievance redressal and case management in partnership with key stakeholders including legal, HRBP and compliance teams
- Handles and Responds to escalated/ complex employee relations and grievance issues such as harassment allegations
- Works effectively with employees and management to address and resolve issues which require a high degree of judgement and decision making
- Directs investigations, processing of grievances and policy violations & leads a team of ER professionals managing the Resolution hub of the Company
- Provides Snr. Mgt, with a point of view and assessment of high risk reputational and /or employment dispute matters
- Researches and Prepares information to represent Company's point of view before external forums, employee disputes / litigations
- Develops, updates and audits the consistent application of employment policies and procedures across the Company
Qualifications
- 5+ years relevant experience with a strong focus in ER & Conflict Resolution
- Experience working closely with Snr. Mgt/ the C-Suite of the Organization
- Moderate understanding of employment / labour laws & regulations
- Experience in developing strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results
- Decision making skills with primary focus on conflict resolution and accomplishing win-win scenario goals
