Responsibilities for the job :

- Should be capable of independently negotiating (where required) and closing documents and leading transaction/assignments on end-to-end basis relating to Channel Finance Vertical.

- Should have good knowledge and be able to draft and review the documentation related to Construction Finance.

- Should have requisite skills in handling the documentation relation to loans backed by mortgage of property.

- Should be capable of independently negotiating (where required) and closing documents and leading transaction/assignments on end-to-end basis relating to Direct Assignment deals in line with RBI regulations.

- Should be capable of providing advisory work to the Support Function (such as HR, Admin, Treasury, Finance, Operation etc.

- Should be capable offing/reviewing/advising/negotiating, independently handling Financing and Security Documents in the Loan Transaction (including Loan Agreement, Security Documents such as Mortgage, Hypothecation, Pledge, Guarantee, Escrow Agreement etc.)

- Should be able to draft and/or review the day to day agreements for the HR Department.Managing external counsels independently.

- Should have requisite knowledge for advising the stamp duty required to be paid on the documents to be executed on day to day basis

Other Responsibilities (If Any) :

- Should have good knowledge of Companies Act, FEMA, Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act, Registration Act, Indian Contract Act and other laws involved in day to day work.

- Having requisite knowledge of RERA Act would be a plus.

- Familiar with NBFCs and statutory compliances and financial sector would be considered a plus.

- Expert in legal advisory, interpretation of applicable RBI regulations SEBI laws and general corporate advisory in respect of Companies Act.

- Should have experience of managing due diligence and be able to independently drive liaising between various departments and meet external and internal timelines with efficiency.

- Should be comfortable in executing complex transactions and ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed and advising them on strategies and mitigating risks from time to time
