Corporate Controller/Sr. Manager - Accounting - Leading Advisory Firm

Role :

- You will be involved in providing project based support to assist the client in preparing accrual based financial statements, cleaning up the books and records for a potential sale of the company, .

- In addition, you will be working directly with the clients in establishing accounting and reporting cadence by developing and implementing systems for collecting, recording, analyzing, verifying and reporting transactional and financial information.

Accounting Manager Duties and Responsibilities :

- Assist with conversion of cash to accrual basis financial statements

- Transaction readiness - assist with cleaning up of books and records, perform reconciliations and prepare financial statements

- Interact with clients on a daily basis and provide project status updates

- Completing and presenting deliverables within designated timeframes

- Oversee accounting daily operations

- Take responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.

Accounting Manager Requirements and Qualifications :

- CA with 10-15 plus years of experience as an Accounting Manager

- Excellent computer skills on MS Office

- Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software and databases

- Excellent Communication skills
