We are looking for Corporate Communication Manager, for a one of the leading company operating in telecom Value added services, headquartered in Bangalore & serves customers in more than 50 countries across the globe.

Corporate Communications/ Marketing Manager who shall be responsible for liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders, within and outside the firm.The individual will handle a wide gamut of marketing and communications related activities including external and internal communications, marketing collateral compilation, content writing, vendor management and team logistics. Additionally, the role asks is to direct the firm's marketing and client communications programs including events, public relations, media relations, collateral creation, direct mail, and web site content.

Responsibilities :

Branding :

- Present and maintain a positive public image of an organization (participating in events, proactively developing media outreach strategies, creating and implementing product or service announcements-press releases, and product launches)

- Ensure articulation of organizations desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the organization, as well as external stakeholders

- Coordinate the appearance of all organization print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.

- Strategize and execute initiatives to develop the right kind of marketing collateral (print and digital) in tandem with business marketing plans

- Work with internal teams to drive organizational branding and proper positioning help with employee engagement initiatives, executive and internal communications

- Manage agency and vendor relationships critical to business

- Secure alliances through marketing deals towards conferences/events as indicated by internal teams

- To drive, plan, coordinate and execute special events and programs

Internal communications :

- Work with senior management and staff to develop and maintain a strategic perspective in organizational direction, programs and services, decision-making in order to ensure the overall health and vitality of the organization

- Help reinforce the organizations philosophy, mission and vision are pertinent and practiced throughout the organization

- Develop and coordinate means to seek regular input from the organizations key internal stakeholders regarding the quality of programs and services

- Help formulate and administer policies to ensure the integrity of the Organization

- Act as an internal consultant to bring attention and solutions to institutional priorities

- Work with internal teams to drive organizational branding and proper positioning help with employee engagement initiatives, executive and internal communications

Media relations :

- Implement and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the organizations image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications

- Coordinate media interest in the organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests

- Manage and help guide multiple PR agencies across geographies

- Handle all external formulation and dissemination of messages keeping in tune with brand guidelines and company policy

- Execute quarterly PR plans for the company

- Help draft press releases, press notes, articles and any other form of written communication based on need

- Handle all ad hoc PR queries pertaining to the company

- Be aware of analyst reports, research in areas of interest and secure the same as per requirement

Events :

- Help plan and execute the company's annual event calendar

- Identify and target relevant global events for the company for participation

- Maintain and establish relations with event organizers and explore best possible events for the company to participate in

- Secure and negotiate sponsorship packages, speaking opportunities and attendance for company executives

- End-to-end event management including budgets, logistics, vendor requirements etc.

Skill sets :

- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities

- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills

- Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations and negotiating with media

- Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications

- Experience in working with shared leadership and across cross-functional teams

- Ability to understand technology changes and identify opportunities to promote the company and its products

- Possess the ability to be flexible to a changing environment, acknowledging urgency when necessary

- Ability to manage multiple projects

- Strong copy writing skills and good conceptual skills

- Exceptional communication skills both for internal and external audiences

- Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in confidential matters, maturity to deal with ad hoc responsibilities and excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong Media Relations

- A Well connected network with Social media/Bloggers/Journalist

Salary Range: 18-25 LPA
