Communication/PR/Marketing of BUs
- Identifies PR and brandingopportunities
- Garners earned media for Stock and Investor Relations data
- Dovetails media campaigns with overall business strategy
- Plans, coordinates and executes news conferences, investor meets and other media events
- Explores speaking & editorial opportunities and Knowledge Partnerships for BANK and its spokespeople across businesses (including media opportunities)
- Provides Marketing support for Development & Knowledge Banking
- Leverages BANK's Knowledge-driven approach beyond media for MD&CEO and other business heads across national and international forums.
Thought Leadership :
- Ensures appropriate positioning of company's MD & CEO and identified spokesperson in the media
- Authors articles/speaker notes at industry forums for the designated spokesperson
Crisis Communication Management :
- Implements and executes communication plan in the event of a crisis
Strategic Projects :
- Executes special strategic projects in tandem with MD&CEO's office for enhancing YES Bank brand visibility.
Stakeholder Management :
- Forms alliances and partnerships with agencies, journalists, vendors
- Negotiates with agencies and vendors for enabling mutually beneficial deals
- Partners with journalists and media houses for creating long-term relationships
- Liaises with PR agencies for implementation of projects and initiatives.
- Prepares press releases, marketing materials, annual reports, advertisements, and other related material
Understanding Media Landscape :
- Tracks number of mentions in print/online and TV media
- Monitors competition for media mentions
Project Management :
- Launches financial information as per the launch plan and consolidates the cross-functional implementation of the plan
- Assesses the productivity of the marketing plans and projects, including monitoring, review, and reporting on all marketing activity and results
