JOB PROFILE:

Content and Internal Communications Role

Brief:

- Requirement for an experienced professional to elevate the content and internal communications function within the organization and its group entities.

Reporting: The role will report to the Head of Corporate Communications.

Location: The role will be based out of Mumbai.

Job Role: Full-Time

Education and Experience: Graduate or post graduate in journalism, English, or related disciplines with 3-5 years of experience (graduates with other subjects with content experience welcome).

Responsibilities:

- Support internal communication functions at the corporate level for different business units and branches.

- The job also includes facilitating content for CSR, HR, and ESG initiatives.

- Work closely with the Head of Corporate Communications to build a sustained internal communication and content hub for the company, with dedicated responsibilities for certain functions as decided from time to time.

Content Development:

- Create content for various corporate communication needs, including websites, social media, brochures, books, reports, coffee table books, press releases, video scripts, podcasts, and on behalf of designated leaders.

Coordination:

- Collaborate with HR, marketing, CSR teams, and business units to create content that best meets the company's requirements.

Data Management:

- Manage and maintain records of media coverage, spokesperson profiles, pictures, videos, and other content data.

Agency Management:

- Manage various content agencies and freelancers as needed.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

- Experience in journalism (preferably business journalism) is an advantage but not a constraint for the right candidate with strong English and content skills.

- Content professionals from PR agencies and corporates are also welcome.

- Should be a natural storyteller and able to work under deadlines.

- Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset required while working on projects.
