Corporate Communication Manager - Media

Designation: Corporate Communication manager

Salary: 10 lakhs

Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate from Journalism background preferred

Work Experience: 5 to 6 years more experience can be entertained, background preferably from Media (News Channel) Industry.

Work Timings: - 5 Days working, 10am-7pm (Depends upon the work, should be flexible with timings)

Gender: - Male / Female

Should preferably have her own conveyance or shall be residing somewhere near South Delhi to Noida area

Job Description:

To co- ordinate with different department like Editorial, Promos, Graphics, IT, Web, Sales & Marketing, Scheduling & Trafficking, Market Research, Programming & Archive.

Should be well versed with the media (News Channel) terminology and working.

Collecting the MIS reports from various departments.

Should be able to analyse the different MIS reports before presenting to MD and sharing the feedback as & when required.

Create & maintain sound co - ordination with all the departments to raise the standards to the best.

To attend all the calls internal as well as external for better communication & co-ordination.

Check deadlines on incoming requests to ensure completion.

Appointments/Meetings: -

Maintain Managing Director's Calendar.

Scheduling external appointments, meetings, whenever needed.

Scheduling departmental and inter-departmental appointments and meetings.

Arrange meeting facilities.

Priorities: -

Drafting Letters, Correspondences independently. (It's a must)

Take initiative in absence of Managing Director.

Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and posts, often corresponding on behalf of the Managing Director.

Relay of information through phone conversations, messages, emails.

Coordinate work flow.

Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.
