Key areas of responsibilities (KRAs):
- Assist Continual Improvement Program Management in maintaining repository of projects, status, tracking, etc.
- Assist / Facilitate critical improvement projects in Operations with Project Leaders
- Travel to other delivery centers for troubleshooting critical issues, streamline processes on a need be basis
- Train Quality resources on quality concepts, tools and applications
- Conduct assessments based on organizational excellence models in operations, facilitate action planning, reporting and closure
- Participate in organizational wide CBE initiatives
Desired skill sets:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and deliver under pressure
- Must have worked on improvement project(s) as project leader
- Sound understanding of Quality basics like 7qc tools, quality concepts like DMAIC, Lean
- Minimum 5 years in Quality Domain, overall experience – 8 years
- Excellent command on MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience in operational quality / transactional quality handling voice / non voice quality of a process
- Experience of independently handling client interactions with respect to quality is highly desirable
Desired qualifications (including certifications):
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Six Sigma GB certified
Desired years of experience:
- Overall experience – Minimum 8 years
- Experience in Quality – Minimum 5 years
