Corporate Business Development Sales Manager - Education/Assessment

The company is based out of Bangalore and has fully-owned assessment centers across India in Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata and Noida. In addition, Company utilizes third-party assessment centers across another 60+ locations in India.

Company assesses over half a million candidates in various locations in India and over 12 countries in Asia Pacific, Middle East, North Africa and Europe.

Company is looking for a Corporate Business Development Sales Manager who will is responsible for the performance of all sales activities related to Business Services.

This position works in tandem with the overall sales team and is a skip level report to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for acquiring Corporate Customers for the Business Services Offering of Company;

- Assist in the development and implementation of a business plan and sales strategy;

- Assists in the development and owns internal marketing plan;

- Communicates effectively with on property sales partner as well as operations team to insure that new sales are effectively handled.

- Provides timely feedback to CEO of sales regarding market needs and changes;

- Maintains accurate records of all sales and activity reports;

- Creates and conducts proposal presentations;

Must:

- Self Starter, can work independently and with a team and has credibility in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and sales skills;

- Maintains contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction;

Education / Experience:

- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required. MBA will be an added plus;

- Experience: 5+ years of Sales experience and should have achieved or exceeded targets;
