Opening for Corporate Affairs - Risk & Governance ( CA & CS is must) - Delhi


Corporate Governance & Compliance:

- Evaluate and recommend actions to ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and compliance requirements.

- Monitor and manage internal control processes to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.

- Ensure all regulatory functions are done within timelines, including incorporation of firms, preparation and audit of business reports, and filing annual returns.

Taxation & Financial MIS:

- Oversee direct and indirect tax matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Coordinate with the Tax Departmental heads to ensure tax compliance by reviewing direct and indirect tax returns and relevant tax provisions.

- Manage financial MIS (Management Information Systems) to provide accurate and timely financial data for decision-making.

Investments & Regulatory Changes:

- Analyze and make recommendations on investments in the securities market.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the company and suggest necessary actions.

Litigation Management:

- Handle legal matters and coordinate with legal advisors to manage litigation effectively.

Feasibility Studies & Asset Management:

- Undertake feasibility studies on internal projects.

- Work on pitches for any asset investment/divestment plans.

Government & Agency Interaction:

- Work with government bodies, ministries, and nodal agencies as required.

Report Analysis & Insights:

- Study various reports and share key insights, such as internal audit reports and legal reports.

- Highlight important articles from leading publications and share relevant updates and news articles periodically to provide market insights.

Project Management:

- Track various projects for closure within defined timelines.

- Ensure the closure of discussions and action items from review, strategy, and leadership meetings.

Director Support:

- Work closely with the Director, shadow on a day-to-day basis, and assist the Director on other related matters as needed.
