Corporate Affairs Manager - BFSI

The person will be responsible for the day to day management of the CSR programme, coordination with the CSR Consultancy and the NGO partners. The person will be required to identify the right NGO partners, do a credible check and be responsible for impact analysis of the projects with the CSR Consultancy. The person will need to work closely with Head Corporate Affairs and Communications to design the strategy and provide quarterly updates to the CSR Board Committee. S/he will also be responsible for maintaining financial records of the CSR expenditure and support Internal Audit and Finance to check the balance sheets of the NGO partners. The person will also need to work closely with the Communications SPOC for publicity of the CSR programmes and with HR SPOC for employee volunteering.

Key factors:

- Understanding of the social sector in India and ability to work with grassroot NGOs.

- Good communication skills and written English. Should be able to produce good quality impact reports with the CSR consultancy.

- Has a sound understanding of impact matrix for CSR.

- Organizational and project management skills; ability to develop and implement effective processes across the global team.

- Strategic mindset to understand the business requirements and map the CSR programme accordingly.

- Good with numbers to be able to maintain the CSR balance sheet and evaluate NGO proposals and balance sheets.

- Vendor Identification & Selection - Identification of right vendor, keeping in mind the budget availability. Partner with vendor management team for RFI, RFP & PO.

- Vendor Administration - SPOC from L& D to coordinate with external vendors. Support the vendor team to get the necessary documentation done. Coordinate with vendor management and finance team to ensure timely release of vendor payments.

- Working with the Legal team to get contracts in place.

- Post graduate with specialization in Social Work is preferred.

- Overall work experience of 10+, with a mix of work experience between social sector and Corporate.
