Job Responsibilities :
Business development and marketing :- Work closely with the B2B zonal sales managers to promote and grow business. Actively participate in sales meetings and interactions
- Engage with the clients by interacting with their product management and sales teams, understanding their product portfolio gaps and making new product offerings to them
- Provide dealer/farmer market intelligence and other inputs for devising effective strategies at B2B level
New product launch :- Formulate new product launch strategy in terms of pricing, partners and mode of supply
- Handle all activities in co-marketing - client interactions, formulation of agreements, packaging design and supplies
- Provide marketing support to co-marketers for P2P products
Promotional activities :- Prepare and launch promotional activities and organize industry events for the business.
Experience and skills :- Experience of pesticide industry
- Strong knowledge of the markets in terms of crops, products, brands, regions, players, pricing
- Experience of pesticide industry
