Deputy Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis
Educational Qualification - CA (Mandatory)/MBA Finance
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic
- Key support in strategic planning, Annual budgeting forecasting exercise for the company.
- Financial analysis of competitive companies to support for business decisions
- Provide support for Board / Investor presentations
- Support in development of Balance Score Card for the SBUs and the company
- Work closely with the group CSPD on their requirements
2. Operational
- Support in Consolidating monthly / quarterly / annual financials and reports, perform variance analysis
- Analyse financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
- Compare and benchmark metrics for developing analytical dashboards for SBUs and CFO
- Implement standarised templates for management reviews
- Collate all information for BSC performance and audit
- Support for all documentation of folders to CSPD on Corporate initiatives and Consolidate for the company
- To do competitive benchmark and analysis specific to business and for key parameters
- To support in evaluating investment proposals for the businesses
- Adhoc financial analysis and reporting
3. Financial
- Ensure quality, analytics and speed in strategic plans
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial matters.
- Closely work with the accounting team on compliance to accounting standards and guidelines
