Irish Payroll // Cornerstone HR Implementation Expert
Position Responsibilities
HRIS (Cornerstone/Irish Payroll) System Expert
- Leverage existing modules to simplify and automate HR processes
- Act as SME of the HR system producing dashboards, tasks and relevant reporting, uploads and general
- Assist in the implementation of Cornerstone/ Irish Payroll modules (as relevant)
- Successful implementation of modules
HRIS System Administration
- 100% accuracy of data input to HR Systems and relevant data management tools.
- Provide robust, reliable HR reporting and analysis in a professional, efficient & user-friendly format which meets the requirements of internal & external clients
- Validate data and conduct thorough data analysis to identify and communicate to HR and Business Leaders opportunities, threats and best practice in order to drive continuous performance improvement
- Deliver meaningful analysis and reporting to support ExCo and management team in closely monitoring performance
- Understand and be able to articulate how data is created, its relevance and significance as well as an assessment of data to produce findings/recommendations
- Implement processes and systems to ensure streamlined service to business, including creating and maintaining up to date and accurate process documents and standard operating procedures
Payroll Administration (back up Support)
- Manage Payroll for Ireland business
- Provide accurate data to Payroll providers to enable accurate and timely payroll
- Verify and approve service providers payroll accuracy prior to processing
- Respond to Employee queries in relation to their payroll and provide them with accurate and timely information
- Respond to Payroll and Benefits providers
- Ensure all Payroll and Pension controls are monitored
Benefits Administration (Pension, Health Insurance, S&S, Cycle to work, Company Car)
- Collect and accurately record Employee Benefit application forms and refer to appropriate provider
- Ensure Employee Benefit information is complete and accurate
- Work with outsourced benefit providers to provide administration support
- Promote employee benefits by preparing regular communications to ensure employees are aware of benefits and how to avail of them

Experience :
- Experience with Cornerstone/Irish Payroll
- Previous Payroll experience
- Previous experience within Financial Services
- Previous MI or analysis experience
