Position : Assistant/Manager Marketing
- Core Card is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Marketing Manager.
- Specialties : Marketing Communications (includes internal & external), Consumer and Trade PR, Social & Digital Media, Alliances, Events & Promotions, Branding & Customer Service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Brand building on social media. Maintaining company social media assets Facebook, Twitter accounts etc.
- Communicating new launches, features etc. through social media tools.
- Executing all the plans related to social media marketing.
- Sound understanding of PR. Creating monthly, quarterly & annual PR plans.
- Ability to write press releases and liaison with agencies as well media to get coverage for the organization.
- Create and build client relationships.
- Should be an avid Online Social Networker.
- Events & Promotions: Manage all key events, promotions, press conferences, press meets/road shows/stage shows.
- Excellent knowledge of social, print and broadcast media.
- Creation, development and implementation of end-to-end digital acquisition strategies using social media and mobile app marketing principles
- Work cross-functionally across the business and agencies where required to deliver integrated programs driving customer acquisition and breadth outreach.
- Partner with cross-functional marketing and sales teams to develop and deploy effective marketing campaigns in a timely manner while setting measurable campaign goals.
- Leverage data to develop new messaging strategies and continually optimize campaign performance.
- Provide business requirements to technical teams to construct more compelling and dynamic messaging.
- Share program insights and recommendations throughout the organization and key stakeholders.
- Responsible for making social media creatives & website updation with help of an artist/designer.
Minimum Qualifications :
- MBA in Marketing with total 5-6 years of experience and 2-3 years in Digital marketing.
- Strong analytic skills and experience with metrics-driven decision-making.
- Experience in digital and multi-channel customer acquisition in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven digital marketing track record in a fast-growing business.
- Open to feedback and enjoys working in a fast-paced, constantly iterating environment.
- Collaborative and consensus-driven approach; strong team player
- Requires some travel.
