Description :
- Work very closely with Executive Director on different projects for business majorly Sales & Marketing
- Execute specific strategic projects as a part of ED's office leading cross functional teams
- Assist Executive Director in development of business segment wise Annual Business Plan
- Explore opportunities for strategic partnerships for company's growth plan
- Identify and undertake customer engagement initiatives to strengthen customer affection programs
- Explore and evaluate new high potential business opportunities, upcoming technologies and trends
- Prepare content for Board reviews and build proposals/business cases for capex Board approvals
- Assist ED in business & functional reviews by aiding MIS tracking, analysis and closure of action points
- Co-develop Strategy Roadmap & top management to achieve growth
- Successfully develop product offering working with multiple internal teams and external vendors, deployed prototypes and developed go-to market strategy
Profile :
- 4-6 years of post-MBA experience in Sales/Marketing
- MBA from IIM A/B/C/L only
- Proven track record of performance in sales/marketing/operations
