Key Responsibility :
- Identify assignments and goals on work plan
- Explain basic business processes, issues, value levers, metrics, and capabilities
- Explain typical business process models and other related knowledge and tools
- Support industry, competitive and company analyses (strategic, financial, operational) as well as market research for benchmarking
- Assist in collection, analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities
- Assist in the development of to-be processes, including: document process flows using standard process models and templates and identifying and removing inefficiencies and obstacles within a process
- Support to-be design through research, future processes design, analysis of findings around the - gaps- in current capabilities
- Assist in development and testing of new business processes, capabilities, and, as appropriate, supporting technologies
- Should be aware of common risks on a project and their potential impact
- Identify, track, resolve and escalate issues in a timely fashion (issue log)
Report status on work :
- Develop deployment deliverables (communications, training, etc.)
- Manages workload effectively to complete assigned tasks.
Qualifications :
- MBA from a tier 1 institute
Knowledge/ Skill Requirement :
- Strategy experience in corporate transformation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Merger integration, Shareholder value analysis, Propositions for IT enabled change, IT on creating business value, Optimization of IT investments, Transforming IT to deliver improved capability and business results, Organization Strategy & Design, Culture, Leadership Effectiveness or Transformation Management.
- Prior consulting experience is preferred.
- Minimum 4 to 8 years of relevant Strategy Experience in Financial Analysis and Value Creation:
