Role & Responsibilities :
- Content Development: Collaborate with the copy team to craft compelling copy that reflects the tone of our brand, ensuring consistency and relevance.
- Copy Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of copywriters to create engaging and on-brand content for various platforms, including website, ads, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with our target audience, primarily millennial moms.
- Campaign Development: Conceptualize and assist in building marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales, aligning with our brand values and goals.
- Market/Consumer Research: Stay updated with market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges, adapting our brand strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and site merch, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of brand campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Creative Agency/ Brand management, with a focus on digital and e-commerce platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creativity and storytelling.
- Familiarity with the Indian market, especially in the context of millennial moms, is desirable.
