Hiring location: Bangalore or Gurgaon

Reporting to: Global Head of Sales (based in London)

- Manage a multi-disciplinary marketing and lead-generation group to drive sales growth and brand delivery.

- Initiate clear marketing and event-based strategies to promote the brand. Organise client events, webinars and other activities to strengthen sales execution and delivery.

- Actively participate in sales execution and help meet annual sales targets; assist in pre-lead, lead generation, meeting generation via inside calling teams

- Manage a team of approximately 20-30 people in multiple locations. Work independently, with minimal directions from management.

Core skills and experience:

- Around 10-15 years experience in liaising with multi-disciplinary teams in regional offices.

- High-energy, creative individual with experience in multi-stakeholder management at all levels; should have the ability to understand the entire marketing mix across brochures/events/lead-generation and pipeline execution. The individual should have strong presentation skills.

- Experience in the financial services sector, specifically in investment banking, risk management, commercial banking and asset management businesses. Prior work experience in a KPO or an asset management firm will be preferred.

- Creative in using India cost base to leverage spend for global execution. Proven execution ability; motivation to help drive the company's vision of expanding 10 fold in 10 years.
