Opportunity:

- To work on loan syndication related analysis and interaction with front end bankers by phone and email

- Preparation of Information Memorandum (IM), pitch book support, etc

Responsibilities:

- Preparation of company profiles, industry studies

- Preparation of IMs, pitch book support

- Financial analysis including peers benchmarking, etc

- Credit analysis

- Peer identification

- Any ad hoc analysis

Required Background:

- 2-7 years of experience in financial analysis, credit research, report writing

- Preferable exposure to debt/ loan syndication

- Desirable to have financial modeling skills

- Excellent communication skills
