They have office in Pune and looking to hire Head of Operation for India role.

The Opportunity:
As we expand our operations in India, we're looking for a dynamic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our Leadership team. The COO will play a crucial role in the successful expansion and management of our development team, from 100 to 1000 developers over the next 18-24 months.
The COO role is a key member of our leadership team and will be integral to our growth and success in the region.
We're looking for a leader who can manage large teams, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and navigate the challenges of rapid expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company's operational processes and procedures, ensuring they are effective, efficient, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop comprehensive strategies for successful team expansion, hiring, onboarding, and talent retention.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and Founder to set company objectives, and design strategies and KPIs to achieve them.
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being.
- Maintain control of diverse business operations, ensuring project delivery, quality control, and reporting.
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
Qualifications:
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in an operations management role, ideally in a tech or software development company.
- Agency experience or experience leading large teams of 500+
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Knowledge of IT/business infrastructure, software development processes, and agency operations.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, with experience in managing large teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
