Taking care of complete ownership of SALES & MARKETING of MAINLY Electric and ICV heavy commercial vehicles incl TRUCKS and TRILLERS

Heading business .

- Developed & maintained profitable relationships with Key Accounts, Key Corporate s, STUs and Government Institutions to boost sales and customer satisfaction

- Conducting audits to ensure adherence to processes/systems / SOPs

The Sales and Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and market share in the commercial vehicle segment. This role demands a visionary leader with extensive experience in sales and marketing of Heavy commercial vehicle industry. The Sales and Marketing Head will also be responsible for profit and loss (P&L) management and overseeing new product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Identify market opportunities and design plans to capitalize on them to increase revenue and market share.

- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.

2. Sales Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

- Develop and oversee sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.

3. Marketing and Brand Management:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and product adoption.

- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, and presentations.

- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.

4. Profit and Loss Responsibility:

- Manage the P&L for the sales and marketing departments, ensuring profitability and financial health.

- Analyze financial data to make informed business decisions and drive cost-effective initiatives.

5. New Product Launch:

- Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring successful market entry and adoption.

- Collaborate with the product development team to align new products with market demands and customer needs.

- Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, distribution, and promotional activities.

6. Customer Relationship Management:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective customer service and support initiatives.

- Implement mechanisms to gather and utilize customer feedback for continuous improvement.

7. Product Development Collaboration:

- Work closely with the product development team to ensure that customer needs and market trends are integrated into new product offerings.

- Provide insights and feedback on product features, design, and performance to enhance market competitiveness.

8. Partnerships and Alliances:

- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and capabilities.

- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, distributors, and other partners.
