COO - Road Ops & Maintenance

The COO will be responsible for setting up and driving road operation, maintenance and tolling (OMT) business. This will include migration of existing OMT activity, process and resources from existing road Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) and successful identification and deployment resources for driving OMT-Services business on a national scale. The CEO is expected to be an expert in manpower and environment management with deep understanding of Indian road infrastructure OMT from Profit & Loss (P&L) perspective. Strong networking, liaison and communication abilities will be required.

Job Description:

- Manpower management, Public relationship management, Liaison and Environment management for successful business operations

- Migration of road operation, maintenance and tolling activity, process and resources from existing SPVs to OMT company

- Compliance of Concession Agreement

- NH maintenance as per IRC specifications and safety management

- Responsible for team building, culture building, process and structure building

- Set industry standards and practices in a regulatory environment to achieve market leadership

- Manage unknown local issues proactively and quickly and mitigate risks arising out of it

- Independent execution of P&L account for OMT services across India

- To expand business services to public and private sector opportunities
