COO - QSR Business

Scrabble is mandated to hire a "COO" for a rapidly growing QSR organization. The opportunity is going to be based out of Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations across all outlets, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, and optimize supply chain.

- Lead the development and execution of operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency across all locations.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as needed.

- Champion a customer-centric approach by understanding and addressing the evolving needs and preferences of our target audience.

Requirements:

- 8 to 14 years of relevant work experience with a B. Tech / MBA degree.

- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, team performance, and business results.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, disruption, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
