- Within RISQ department, RISQ/RMA (Risk on Market Activities) is in charge of the certification and the monitoring of the main metrics on Market activities such as economic Result (PnL), market risk (VAR, SVAR, STT and Risk Analysis) and credit risk on market activities.

- The mission of the project manager is to build and maintain the project's roadmap based on the framing done by the teams and validate it by the PO :

- Coordinate all stakeholders

- Define and animate the project governance

- Provide a transparent status report regarding the project execution and, if needed, raise his/her duty of alert

- Formalize and validate action plans with business Heads and the project governance

- Propose, if necessary, resources or organizational adjustments for the project team, monitor the dedicated budget

- Manage communications to RISQ-RMA Paris and Bangalore

Main responsibilities / Missions The main responsibilities and missions will be:

- Support the RMA Exco to deploy the transformation model and the strategic roadmap

- Have the global overview of the topics within the value chain, closely work with the VCO, be pro-active and make proposal to lead initiatives from Bangalore

- Facilitate the collaboration with RMA Paris, the onshore and Bangalore teams

Profile :

- Experience higher than 10 years within market activity in COO office or in project management

- Good knowledge of the Market Risk environment as new regulation impacting market activities (FRTB, BCBS 239, Trim CCR- ) and financial products used in markets activities

- High capacity on communication, both written and oral, with a good synthesis and analysis spirit
