- Formulating operating budgets to ensure optimum utilisation of available funds towards the accomplishment of overall departmental goals.
- Managing sales and marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales/maximizing profit in assigned territory.
- Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.
Relationship Management
- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with key distribution partners, thereby meeting revenue and profitability targets.
- Managing customer centric operations; ensuring customer satisfaction by attending to investors/ clients concerns & complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.
Team Management
- Imparting /organizing training programs for achieving pre planned business targets.
- Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
