The Role
- Requires to be technically very strong in all products & categories WOVENS
- Responsible for business development in US and UK markets and should be go getter.
- Will be the PROFIT CENTRE Head & will be responsible for - Complete operations & profits (right from QC,QA , Claims,HR, accounts to everything).
- Providing leadership in identifying projects and new ways of working (process improvements), which will enhance and improve, the brand and suppliers product quality and margins.
- Proactive leadership to identify, approves, and develops new vendors with the support of CSR, technical team leaders, and other departments supporting the vendor base.
- Ensures all products/new projects are engineered and developed to meet targets while ensuring that appropriate product value is maintained and shipped according to customer requirements.
- Oversee and agree relevant negotiation activities to deliver intake margin targets utilising capacity and production planning to achieve best results -
- Deliver to best margin possible for each product and across products groups
- Develop/Agree and monitor budgets and spend
- Develop the sourcing strategic plan for the Region along with the Sourcing Managers.
- Agree and sign off regional sourcing strategy with Head of Global Sourcing that is in line with the brands Sourcing Strategy that delivers the corporate and customer needs
- Develop an intimate knowledge of the Regional (product) sources including trends and shifts in sourcing direction - Responsible for the over all business target for the Region.
- Responsible for implementing supplier strategic direction to support brand business objectives and product expectations, - Ensures accuracy and timeliness through high level communication and coordination with HO departments, regional centers and suppliers from tech pack receipt to shipment.
- Provides leadership and direction to the team to ensure that the teams are able to deliver their Business objectives.
