COO - Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain- FMCG

- Planning, directing, controlling and operational management of the Supply Chain from Production planning and sourcing to manufacturing till the finished goods reach the distributors.

- Supply chain streamlining, optimal utilization of resources, improving process efficiencies and reducing the total cost of production and transportation.

- Co-ordinates with Projects for infrastructural development and capacity expansion.

- Ensured strict adherence to schedules of end-to-end supply chain operations.

- Ensures framing of the quality policy based on organisational direction and assumes responsibility of maintaining the desired quality of all the products in a continuous basis.

- The individual will establish integration between supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, operational planning as well drive continuous improvement.

- Operational Excellence - expertise in managing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes, including manufacturing operations, leveraging Lean systems and processes.

- 20 - 25 years relevant experience Preferred Industry Experience - FMCG, Consumer goods
