Chief Operations Officer ( COO )

Location: Bengaluru

Reporting to: CEO, Based in Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

- Develop and articulate the overarching vision and strategy for delivery and product development, ensuring alignment with Company's strategic priorities and objectives.

- Formulate resource planning, budgeting, and HR/business policies tailored to the needs and goals of the business unit.

- Spearhead recruitment efforts to onboard top-tier talent and establish robust partnerships within the ecosystem to bolster the business unit's capabilities and execute the business plan effectively.

- Provide decisive leadership, mentorship, and coaching to teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and empowering individuals to achieve excellence in their respective roles.

- Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships with income and impact teams to ensure seamless alignment and coordination across Company's digital product initiatives.

- Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring that products deliver exceptional user experiences and integrating leading design thinking and behavioral science methodologies.

- Establish key performance indicators and metrics to gauge the success of products and initiatives, embedding a culture of measurement throughout the delivery process.

- Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.

- Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, adeptly communicating product plans, progress, and outcomes.

- Proactively identify risks and challenges that may impede product development or performance, and implement strategic measures to mitigate them effectively.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by advocating for experimentation, embracing lessons from failure, and nurturing innovation within the organization.
