COO/CXO - Finance & HR Vertical

The ideal candidate would head all the Support Functions of the Indian operations of this European multinational,(excluding manufacturing, sales & Marketing) and including Finance, Human Resources, IT, etc. The person should have strong analytical, planning and review skills,in an ethical team workingenvironment

Candidate Attributes:

- Female / Male with strong people connect.

- MBA with Finance / Business Economics or CA/ICWA

- The ideal Candidate will have a Comprehensive experience of 15+ years of managing multiple functions, namely Finance, (incl. Planning, Budgeting, pref. in a manufacturing organization) Human Resources (incl people development, team building, Admin., Legal etc.

- The candidate should have a spark as well as exhibit maturity to work alongwith peers.

- She/He will have an educational background of accounts and finance and an overall experience of working across various commercial and support functions.

- She/He should have overseen accounts, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, analysis of organizational performance and periodic reviews with top management.

- She/He should have a strong people-orientation and people management skills, and been involved with human resource management functions like recruitment, training, development and growth.

- Experience of managing contract advisors in IT services, Legal, others would be an asset.
